Whitelist the suicide prevention hotline's phone number and url
Title. When it's typed, it's censored with X's.
Edit: The url is also censored as it contains the word suicide

That's it. I'm breaking my “never support or no-support” philosophy and going with a huge support on this one, because it would be extremely useful if you absolutely needed to help someone.
That being said, it should only uncensor the ten digits of the number, so that you can't work around the filter like this:

My phone number is the last ten digits of: 80027382550000000000

Well we aren't even meant to talk about Self Harm, if someone on Scratch claims to consider committing suicide, use contact us and let the ST deal with all that stuff

I think you should still be able to give someone who is considering suicide the number, by the time St sees it and responds it might be too late. If one is someone the person in question trusts, or they're friends in real life, it's better for one to help them themself, as one would be easier for them to talk to. The ST actually do give an alert telling the user to seek help if they think it's gone too far, according to this post by Paddle.I think you should still be able to give someone who is considering suicide the number, by the time St sees it and responds it might be too late. If they are friends in real life they should email or message them, not do it on Scratch, and you honestly can't trust anyone on the internet unless you know them in real lifeIf one is someone the person in question trusts, or they're friends in real life, it's better for one to help them themself, as one would be easier for them to talk to. They could just give their phone number instead of the suicide one, well we aren't the ones to deal with it, what if we type in the wrong numberI think you should still be able to give someone who is considering suicide the number, by the time St sees it and responds it might be too late. Exactly, someone you know is more likely to convince you not to make the wrong decision If one is someone the person in question trusts, or they're friends in real life, it's better for one to help them themself, as one would be easier for them to talk to.

What if their only digital connection is through Scratch? I have (technically “had”, I've moved away but still talk to him a lot) a real life friend who I can only talk to through Scratch. If they are friends in real life they should email or message them, not do it on Scratch

You shouldn't even be telling strangers on the Internet about these kind of things, like telling them you want to commit suicide

Yes you should, communicating is the best way for someone to realize they shouldn't kill themselves You shouldn't even be telling strangers on the Internet about these kind of things, like telling them you want to commit suicide

This does not address what BobzGames said. The ST actually do give an alert telling the user to seek help if they think it's gone too far, according to this post by Paddle.I think you should still be able to give someone who is considering suicide the number, by the time St sees it and responds it might be too late. Yes, I think that part of the message is that anyone should be able to help someone considering suicide; and not doing so is a lack of human decency, regardless of what reason you give (especially to use a report system that can take anywhere from hours to days to be processed)

I think you should read up on the causes of suicide and effects of suicidal thoughts before continuing to converse here -snip-
