Tamazight is not listed on Scratch
Hello, I'm searching to translate scratch blocks from English or French or Arabic to Tamazight. I didn't find this language on scratchblocks v3.5(https://scratchblocks.github.io/#?style=scratch3&lang=vi&script=) so I coudn't do the translation. I find this language on scratch block generator(https://scratchblocks.github.io/generator/) but I couldn't do the translation too because we can use this convertor only with Scratch 2.0 and Scratch 2.0 is an offline program so I can't have a link from an offline program to put it in the online convertor.
Is there a way to do the translation? Thank you

Unfortunately Transifex, the way Scratch is translated, doesn't support Tamazight/Berbrer. Thus it is impossible to translate to Tamazight as of right now.

If it's Central Atlas Tamazight (tzm), there are official plural rules available at the CLDR:
https://unicode-org.github.io/cldr-staging/charts/37/supplemental/language_plural_rules.html#tzm
We could request the language using the Transifex contact form and give them the plural information, so that they can set it up:
https://www.transifex.com/contact/
Sidalire, would you be willing and able to help with the translation?
If so, I'd be happy to take care of requesting the language, they already know me at Transifex.

Chrisg (the Scratch Team member that mostly handles translation) said that it would be better if a group of people were commited to translating, as it requires a lot of resources from the Scratch Team to add a new language.

Thank you very much guys for these informations. And no GunChleoc, unfortunatly, I don't master this language but here in Algeria, we have a lot of people who use it(who use tamazight). Personnaly I prefer the latin writing of the language instead of Tifinagh.

@Sidalire Central Atlas Tamazight (tzm) is supported by the Transifex system. As mentioned by VFDan, you need a minimum of two people, someone to translate, and someone to review. It's better to have at least 3-4 people who can translate a language. There are about 7000 words that are required to be translated and reviewed before the Scratch Team will consider publishing a language on the site. That's just a subset of the more than 25,000 words that make up the Editor and Website.
So if you learn of people who would be interested in working on translating, have them contact the Scratch Team at translate@scratch.mit.edu
Thanks!
