Translate the 60-second message when language is not set to English
NOTE: This is not a bug or glitch. It is not an error in the coding. It is a suggestion to translate the 60-second message.
I decided to set my language to french (I understand some french so I thought I’d test myself xD), and I noticed this (I edited the blue line myself, it’s not a bug lol):

I have some questions for you:
Answer(s):
@Steve0Greatness tried it on Chrome OS - the 60 second rule was in English.
@Byron_Inc tried it on Android Linux 10, Chrome 84.0.4147.125 and it was in English when set to Chinese.
Let’s just say no it’s not just my browser/OS

———
I am suggesting that that message is translated into other languages.
Here is a mock-up that I’ve made (probably not needed but hey-ho):

This also applies to the 120-second rule, tested by @Byron_Ink (@Byron_Inc’s alt).
Pros:
Please let me know what you think down below and/or if you can think of any pros and/or cons! Thanks!
ST: Here are some more things that should be translated (post by @JPOWERPUFFGIRLS)

I have some questions for you:
- Why is the 60-second message not translated?
- Is it just when you have your language set to french or does it happen with other languages too?
- Or is it just my browser/OS? -

Pros:
- People who do not speak English will understand what it means.
- …
- It is a tiny bit more work for the translators and ST, but that comes with implementing every suggestion so it’s nothing big.
- …
Please let me know what you think down below and/or if you can think of any pros and/or cons! Thanks!

Support, this would help people who do not speak english (a significant amount of humans) to understand why this annoying red box is rejecting them.
How is this not already implemented?

For the sake of consistency with other forum elements and to give a message to the frequent posters of other languages about why their post hadn't gone through, I agree with having this added in.

Translate the 60-second message when language is not set to English
Hmm… Lemme try this out.
My browser / operating system: Android Linux 10, Chrome 84.0.4147.125, No Flash version detected
EDIT: Yes, it is still in English when I set it to Chinese.
Support as it will make the people using other languages to understand the message, not just, “Why is that bad rectangle not allowing me to post?”
There's a con too. The translators have to do the job. Translate one more sentence. Then ST will have to add the translations into the message boxes.
