Sending an message every so often to re-read the CGs
Lots of people only read the CGs a couple times, such as when they become a scratcher. I often see personal info and inconstructive posts, so I think that telling people to read them would fix a lot of this. Maybe every 2 weeks for the first 2 months of the account, and then every 2-3 months if they have not read the CGs in a while. Also, once you read them, there will be a button that says “I have read this” after about 1 minute. This would also be required for becoming a scratcher.

Every month‽
The CGs are very short and are easy to remember, and besides, it's really obvious stuff.

I still see so much inconstructive posts… how about 2 months or so? Every month‽

It isn't much use to people who already know the CGs.

Then maybe we should only send alerts to the users who write unconstructive posts? We do that already.I still see so much inconstructive posts… how about 2 months or so? Every month‽

Well, it's not just unconstructive posts, I've seen dis* projects (Which I had to report) and many other things. I think this would just stop it at the source, much like stopping plastic from entering the ocean instead of just going and cleaning all of it up.Then maybe we should only send alerts to the users who write unconstructive posts? I have noticed you added (And ToU) to the title. Maybe you should change the first post to this?
Lots of people only read the CGs a couple times and ToU less, such as when they become a scratcher. I often see personal info and inconstructive posts, so I think that telling people to read them would fix a lot of this. Maybe every 2 weeks for the first 2 months of the account, and then every 2-3 months if they have not read the CGs and ToU in a while.I just quoted your thing and edited it.

there are plenty of scratchers out there who regularly abide by the community guidelines. these scratchers likely would not need these reminders and might actually find them annoying (“i already know what the community guidelines are, if i needed to refresh myself, i would just go to the bottom of the website”). in this instance, the alert is not useful to them.
on the other hand, there are users who have no interest in re-reading the community guidelines because they don't care if they get in trouble or not. in this case, these users wouldn't even read them, and would just ignore the message. in this instance, the alert is not very helpful.
both of these issues could be rectified if there was a system in place where we only alert those who don't already follow the community guidelines, and ban users who continuously ignore those alerts. this system, in fact, is already in place.

I just don't agree with reading the ToU every other month.

The TOU has not been updated in over 4 years… Also, many of the rules can often fall into one of the 6 CG rules as well.
