Wile that is a good idea, I think that those are more complicated then scratch, I do want these updates, but I want to keep it simple. Also I'm not as detailed as you think. But thank you for the suggestion.

I think that this update could make art easier and better. It would be less time consuming too.

Also, instead of having to always drag the circle to the correct saturation/darkness/color and always having to be exact, maybe we could type characters in so we don't have to make such tiny little movements! Example (This is in Scratch Blocks but I can't customize anything in costume editor):
Color [ 7] Saturation [ 90] Darkness [ 85]

It doesn't have to be a block, I just want it to be in the color selector. Also maybe we could add a pallet so that you recent colors are saved and often used colors are stored!

There was a really good idea by Lukia26 about onion skinning, It's on another topic but I think it would be a great idea to add onto this. onion skinning works like this, if you draw something like a circle in costume 1 and then go to costume 2, there will be a kind of ghost of costume 1. It helps with precision.

I have 2 things to say.
1. I think they should add ghost affect to costume editor.
2. I think they should make it easier to use the “Reshape” button.

Yes! I have a paper list I lost saying the number for brightness, color and saturation. for tan and stuff like that.

Good ideas! Keep in mind that Scratch is not an art site

Yeah, but I think that we should be able to have good art making. It doesn't have to be the Mona Lisa, just good enough so that it can be more efficient.

Also, the reason that I'm thinking of so many tools is because there are so many different art styles, i'm just trying to make everyone fit in.

Remember I also said that there could be a palette for the recent colors or you favorite colors, or just the most used colors.

This should be hard to add, but I think it would be worth it, because then there would be a better art style for scratch and it would make it easier for all other scratchers!

I think it's a better idea to put this in the OP. I think that they should be more mouse or computer friendly. for example, instead of making the “paint” tool so sensitive, maybe we could make it less sensitive. also, the paint dumper is hard (and rarely) used. I also think that we should make more tools too. Like stop-motion-animation. This maybe too hard to add, but this is just a suggestion. I think that since many people have different art styles, we should expand on Vector and Bitmap. We don't even have to add a new tool, just a way to make the controls more comfortable.
I don't get what you're talking about. Can you please explain more?
I do know about figma (figma.com…. please don't give me an alert) where you can make animations…. although I'm not sure on how that would import to Scratch.
There's Gravit (free), Affinity ($50 USD), Inkscape (free) and a lot of other software. Just search them up.

I
Rather than clicking on a lot of parts of the costume and using the color pick up tool thing for each one of the shapes, you just fill it with the other tool.
BUT it is easier for somethings. The reason that I don't use the paint bucket is because if you put a line through a circle, then use the paint bucket, it will fill the entire circle, not just the part in the lines.
