“Ja” means “and” in finish.
Google translate (what Scratch is using) recognizes “ja” as finish, so it translates to “and”.
See here: https://translate.google.com/?hl=en&sl=auto&tl=en&text=ja&op=translate
Das ist kein Fehler.
“Ja” bedeutet “und” auf finnisch.
Google Übersetzer (was Scratch benutzt) erkennt “ja” als finnisch, also übersetzert er es in “und”.
Siehe hier: https://translate.google.com/?hl=de&sl=auto&tl=en&text=ja&op=translate

Scratch translation mistake?
Google translate isn't… the most accurate thing ever. I believe that is what is translating it, not scratch.

Scratch translation mistake?
When you set the language in more blocks, it just makes the accent different. I'm spanish, and I feel like Scratch is taunting me.

Scratch translation mistake?
Ahah I'll start by welcoming you to the Scratch forum and in this case, the one about translations… I think it's better to open a new topic if you find a new problem and explain it well, clearly… But I don't think that what you say is really a problem, do you mean that the accent is not great in the text-to-speech extension provided by Amazon? When you set the language in more blocks, it just makes the accent different. I'm spanish, and I feel like Scratch is taunting me.
I agree that for French, the pronunciation is not great but I don't think this forum is adapted to point that out, we rather discuss the translation of the site and the blocks (not counting what the blocks do). And besides, I think we should report the problem to Amazon because that's what Scratch uses. Have a nice day/night!
