Terms and conditions
You must be polite to all your fellow employees and the customers. If you are found being rude to a customer or staff member, you will receive a strike(*). 5 strikes and you will be asked to leave.
You must not spam as each time you spam, you will receive a citation(‘). 10 citations and you will be demoted. If you cannot be demoted, you will be asked to leave.
You must respond to all activity checks and votes. If you do not respond to an activity check or vote, you will receive a strike(*). 5 strikes and you will be asked to leave.
You must include the word ‘stars’ in your application
You must be a scratcher to apply

Nova: not quite total control(can hire/fire, can host activity checks, can’t make any changes to the layout of the shop or how it is run)
Constellation heads: total control of their constellation
Class B
Red giants: stars who have been working at Starry Night for a long time and can help train protostars

Protostar: the newest members of the Starry Night family, these are people who have just been accepted, and are being trained/haven’t been trained yet

Milkysplash: Hi, I'm Milkysplash but you can call me Milky. I love reading books, some of my favorites are Wings of Fire, Warrior Cats and The Hunger Games. I'm also (kinda) obsessed with trains, I like planes, and I am a huge geography geek. I like to write scripts, draw, create audiobooks and radioplays and make thumbnails and banners. Sometimes, I don't get to sleep until after midnight because my mind is stupid and keeps me awake with loads of ideas. It's really fustrating.

Unfortunately, you don’t seem to be quite the right fit for the banner constellation, although you seem good for the voice acting. Could you also provide us with some examples of aesthetics?. When you’ve had more experience making banners, you can make a post with some more banners and I will happily accept you into the banner constellation.
