FIRST
You must respond to all activity checks. This lets me know you are still working here. Activity checks are held once every 2 weeks, on Mondays. If you fail to complete a check, you will receive one strike. If you fail to complete two checks in a row, you will receive three strikes. You will also receive one strike for failing to vote in a vote.
SECOND
You must be kind and considerate to other warriors and our customers. I do not tolerate rudeness. If you are rude or disrespectful, you will receive one to three strikes depending on the severity.
THIRD
If you read the entirety of the Warrior Code, please put the following somewhere in your application: “I fed the hamsters”
FOURTH
Please get orders done on time. You will receive one strike per two weeks after the due date has passed for an order you have claimed. This does not count for orders with an “ASAP” deadline.
FIFTH
Only warriors on the Board of Leaders may accept applications and partnerships. Only the Leader and the Deputy may fire people.
SIXTH
Any violation of the Community Guidelines will result in one strike. Rules are rules, and we can't change them.
SEVENTH
If you receive three strikes, I will sadly have to fire you. You will not be able to re-apply until 14 days after you have been fired.
EIGTH
If you go 30 days without getting a strike, your strikes will be forgiven.
NINTH
Excessive spam will result in one strike. Please do not spam; it clogs up the topic and distracts us from orders.

A shop is a place you can order from if you need something that isn't there. You can also work at a shop if you would like to help out and make things for others. Most shops have a BoD, or Board of Directors, to make decisions and help run the shop. There are also Heads of every departments, which are just the main workers of every category. They also have many posts for things such as news, FAQs, votes, and more.

Hσɯ ԃσ I σɾԃҽɾ?

You can order from a shop by filling out a form. Most shops have a clear post that says “Order Form” or something similar. You should try to fill in the whole form, or your form might either not be accepted, or you might not get what you want when ordering due to lack of specifics. A worker will then claim your order, and when done, let you know on your profile. You should give credit to the Scratcher who did your order when using it, as they spent lots of work on it.

Hσɯ ԃσ I ɯσɾƙ ԋҽɾҽ?

You fill out a form. Many shops have a clear post that says “Application Form” or something similar. You must fill out the whole form. You will probably have to link work examples, rate your activity, and follow the discussion. You should most likely read the ToS, or Terms of Service, which has a list of rules, expectations, and standards. A BoL member will accept your application, and then you'll be part of the shop!

This shop's theme is Warrior Cats! We used to be ۵M۵E۵R۵C۵Y۵, but the decision was made to rebrand our shop to a new name, forum, and theme! The theme can be seen in many parts of the shop, including the BoL, the banners, and more.

Wԋαƚ ιʂ ƚԋҽ Bσ:?

The BoL stands for Board of Leaders, replacing the Board of Directors. As Starry Sky is Warrior Cats themed, we have a matching BoL. “Leader” replaces CEO, or President, “Deputy” replaces Vice-CEO, or Vice-President, “Medicine-Cat” replaces Secretary, “Medicine-Cat Apprentice” replaces Vice-Secretary, “Senior Warrior” replaces Chairman, and “Mentors” replace the Heads of every division.

Wԋαƚ αɾҽ Wαɾɾισɾʂ αɳԃ Aρρɾҽɳƚιƈҽʂ?

When we rebranded to Starry Sky, some of the names for things changed. “Warriors” are the shop's workers, who fill orders and help customers. Some Warriors are also on the BoC, but all workers are Warriors. “Apprentices” are newer members of the shop, who still have to fill a few orders, stay active, respond to activity checks and votes, and be helpful around the shop before being promoted to a Warrior.

Wԋαƚ αɾҽ Aʅʅιαɳƈҽʂ?

Alliances replaced federations when we rebranded. Alliances are like a massive partnership, a group of shops that help each other out, fill orders, give reviews, and more. Federations are usually helpful to every shop included, although in the past many federations have had no benefits. Now, some shops have closed to alliances, although the benefits have changed over time.

Wαɾɾισɾ Cσԃҽ

Wԋαƚ ιʂ αɳ αƈƚιʋιƚყ ƈԋҽƈƙ?

An activity check is a check held by the Senior Warrior to know who is active. If you fail to respond you recieve a strike. They are held ever two weeks on Mondays. If you fail to complete two checks in a row, you will receive three strikes. Without activity checks, we might have a shop full of inactive workers, which wouldn't help the shop.

Wԋαƚ ιʂ α ʋσƚҽ?

A vote is held whenever a suggestion is given, and the Senior Warrior usually is in charge of the votes. You will receive a strike if you do not vote, and the Deputy usually votes at the end, with the Leader voting, but in case of a tie voting again. Some votes are held in the topic, and some are held on StrawPoll.

Wԋαƚ ιʂ α ʂƚɾιƙҽ?

A strike is given for a few reasons. If you don't get an order done by the deadline, don't respond toan activity check, don't vote, spam, or be rude, you may recieve a strike, or multiple strikes depending on the severity. Receiving three strikes will sadly get you fired from the shop. You can reapply 14 days after being fired as an apprentice.

Wԋαƚ ιʂ ʂραɱ?

Spam is posting something unconstructive, helpful, or necessary over and over again. Spam can get you a strike, and spam can be reported to the Scratch Team as it is also against the forum guidelines. You will most likely be reminded that you are spamming, but excessive spam my get you a strike, or multiple strikes depending on the severity. Spam clutters up the forums and discussion, and it make navigation harder.
