Make a scratch discord server for the community to join and chat with other scratchers

This would add more places for the ST to moderate. A live chat allows for things against the Community Guidelines to spread faster. Discord also isn't under complete control of the ST, so people banned on Scratch will still be able to access the server. Also, people can easily direct message other members on the server to bypass ST moderation

An extra thing to note is that the ST are actively banning links to Discord, any usernames and have censored the word from use in project, user and studio comments for this reason.

Yes, I think it's safe to say we won't be doing this for these reasons. If you want to chat with Scratchers, you can already do so here on the Scratch website.
