Can I make a “Menu Chat” that actually works by using encoders and decoders? I heard that you (the Scratch Team) are going to allow these but can I make a working one right now before cloud lists? Please answer!

yes, I made a project that remembers things on a list. BIG-red-BUTTON made a project that can remember things for a list. I remixed it for my project. I think you should remix it too if you want to make a working “menu chat”.
