They are related, but different languages.

I haven’t heard of those two languages and can’t find them on google translate (where I normally verify a language’s existence). What countries are those commonly used in?

They are constructed languages.

Elvish (actually, that's 2 languages, Quenya and Sindarin) were invented by J.R.R. Tolkien. Klingon is used in the Star Trek universe.

The Scratch Team will close any topics for them, because this forum is for people who want to communicate in their native languages if it's not English, and nobody speaks these languages natively.
