Scratch 3.0 M9c
My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 11647.104.0, Chrome 73.0.3683.88, No Flash version detected
Hi! This is siripontaut! One very annoying thing that bothered me when I was trying to audition was scratch' s 3.0 microphone. It makes it sound like
some one is driving on a very very bumpy road and is turning to a robot at the same time. XD
If you could help fix that, that would be amazing.
Thanks!

Can you record the same sound in the same environment with another website/application? This tells us if it's your computer or Scratch.

Yes, I tried that. I tried using a site called online recorder and recorded myself saying Banana banana banana (Don't ask :3), and it had a pretty clear sound. I then tried the same line on Scratch 3.0, and the sound was very scratchy (get it?) and buzzy.

Ah, the “demonic robot voice” issue. It's something a bit hard to pin down, but it's known that issue is very specific to Chrome and Safari browser (we're not sure why). It's suggested to use another browser if possible, but if you're stuck with Chrome OS, you'll unfortunately need to record off of Scratch and then import it in as of this moment until the issue gets resolved.
