I usually make sure that the topics people submit are the originals by running a search on Google. I search for that topic, and if another one comes up that's more “official”, then I add that one instead.

Note: it's not the same as “Languages”. “Languages” is about what languages you speak, but in “Linguistics”, you can talk about things like Czech noun declension.

I added both of them. I don't think the second one really breaks the rules, although I can see how it could go in that direction, it doesn't look like that's happened. Besides, it doesn't entirely fit in with the other topics in that group.
