Importing SVG

Importing SVG files that were not 4:3 would be stretched.

Importing certain files result in crashes.

I can't upload pictures due to Scratch forum limiting uploading sources.

And also importing certain files like this results in a crash unless imported in a new sprite.

Quoting the OP, I see no stretch. However, I do notice the image appears bigger in the editor than the actual game.

I made a sprite. I then imported the file several times. CNR. My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 73.0.3683.103, No Flash version detected
