Remove, or at least greatly raise, the list size limit
no support. if even 1000 scratch projects had over-1-million long lists, that would be greater than 1 billion, which may and most likely will crash scratch.

no support. if even 1000 scratch projects had over-1-million long lists, that would be greater than 1 billion, which may and most likely will crash scratch.Correct me if I'm wrong, but they're not stored on the servers, so wouldn't only the projects using the long lists crash?
