How would it know which one you're using? What if you're using BBCode and quote an HTML post, or vice versa?I agree with you there, bud.<opinions>I don't think they should ONLY use HTML but maybe both languages?</opinions>

The snap! forums allow you to use BBCode and HTML at the same time.. How would it know which one you're using? What if you're using BBCode and quote an HTML post, or vice versa?
(uh oh, I mentioned a discourse forum in front of the2000, I better watch out)

Again, why would you need to use HTML in a forum post? They're not websites so I don't know why you'd need such advanced tools for something that' supposed to only be text, images, and a few effects.

Hmm, there could be a switch button saying “Switch to BBCode” and “Switch to HTML”.The snap! forums allow you to use BBCode and HTML at the same time.. How would it know which one you're using? What if you're using BBCode and quote an HTML post, or vice versa?

There could be a translator, hmm?How would it know which one you're using? What if you're using BBCode and quote an HTML post or vice versa?I agree with you there, bud.<opinions>I don't think they should ONLY use HTML but maybe both languages?</opinions>
If you quote an HTML post, then Scratch would use the question script in Java saying “Would you like to translate this to HTML?”

You've got a point. BBcode is fine - why change it?

HTML can't colour text or do anything cool, but build the skeleton of a website.
Besides, a vast majority of other forums don't use HTML, so why this one?
BBCode isn't as cool as CSS or Javascript, but it's barely teachable because it's easy to use.
HTML requires a whole lot of tutorials to master and is not easy to learn yourself.
In conclusion, HTML is hard, and BBcode is easy.

Snap is a modification of scratch with a few cool features in exchange for poor graphics and a non existent community. What in tarnation is a snap account?I have a snap account and I hate it!Chill, he has a Snap! account, me too. uh oh, I mentioned a discourse forum in front of the2000, I better watch out
