What about this: You can share by clicking Share! Until then, only you can see it.

Hmm…I feel like that phrasing might be a little too confusing. Not sure though. Also, I'm kind of trying to keep it the smallest change possible for a maximum chance of having it implemented. Do you support?

The motto of Scratch is Imagine-Programme-Share. Scratch don't want unshared projects.

I guess it all depends on how you look at it. I would much rather have a ton of completed projects on Scratch than a ton of uncompleted ones. Also, this wouldn't stop people from sharing unfinished projects. They can still share them if they want. Also, it might help some Scratchers. For example,

This project is not shared, which means only you can see it. If it's finished, click share to let everyone see it!

that way it's still encouraging Scratchers to share their projects, but reminding them that their project ought to be finished first.
