Latin is still a language. It is not English. We should still be able to make forums about it (I don't know any Latin except for Ĉaeli (sky). You cannot tell us that we cannot make a Latin forum because what if there comes a time where a lot of Latin people come to Scratch? We need to be ready for that time because for all we know, that time could be tomorrow!

Latin is an extinct language, as well as the Latin people [probably, i could be wrong].
Also, yes, they can tell you that you can't make a topic for an extinct language.

Latin is a dead langauge and is nearly extinct, it has NO native speakers and only 33 million people speak it, no one speaks it as a first language and the last Latin native died somewhere between the 17th and 19th century and no officially recognised country (by recognised, I mean recognised by atleast 5 countries) uses it as an official language.

That would probably be never, considering the people who spoke Latin as a first language have died out due to countries conquering territories including Europe itself.
