Recently I have noticed scratch is less active than most sites I usually find a few users plus when it comes to exposing our projects only a few people get to see me.I suggest if its possible that we should get more people to participate here on scratch. Yes I know we are all busy during weekdays but atleast we should login at least once a day even if its for ten minutes

That's not really a suggestion. Also, some days are busier than others, because people can't go on Scratch everyday. That's how it has always been.

Overall I have: Slightly more than 3 months of summer break, no autumn break, 1 week of winter break, 1 week of spring break

This turned from a discussion into a race to see who can prove they have more breaks in school faster than I've ever seen before

Also, to add to the actual topic, there's nothing you can do to get people to use scratch more.
To most, Scratch is a hobby to do on the side of an actual job or school or whatever. There's not a lot of people (if any) who use scratch everyday of their lives, so inactivity is what you can expect. If scratch could stand as an actual job (which is most definitely won't), then maybe people will be more active. But until then, people will do other things with their lives than scratch, even if it is just logging in for 10 minutes.

Some people have vacations, and need a break sometimes. Also what will happen if you don't stay active for a day?

I have my summer break from June 25 to September 11, I am sure.

My summer break ends in 3 days. I don't know if I can even do Scratch anymore..

Overall I have: about 7-8 weeks of summer break, 2 weeks of autumn break, 3 weeks of winter break and 2 weeks of spring break.
