Should I use scratch 3.0 for our project?
We are looking to integrate scratch into our website to do a pilot teaching scratch in a refugee camp in Greece.
We need basic functionality of rendering the editor on our website, and persisting progress for different users on the backend.
Having looked at the open source projects, I am not sure whether we should integrate scratch 2.0 or 3.0. The latest version seems to be missing features at the moment.
What would you recommend?

Scratch 2.0 is currently the stable version of Scratch. I recommend you use Scratch 2.0 for now, and switch to Scratch 3.0 in August 2018, when it becomes stable.
when camp starts::hat events
use scratch (2.0)::motion
wait until <scratch (3.0) comes out::sensing>
use scratch (3.0)::motion
