Hi folks!

Scratch Day 2018 (also known as Scratch’s birthday) is right around the corner! This year’s Scratch Day is on May 12, 2018, and we would like to invite you to join in on the celebration.

Want to create a project for Scratch Day? Here are a few ideas to help get you started:
- Make Scratch a birthday card (Scratch turns 11 this year!)
- Animate a celebratory dance party
- Create a Scratch Day inspired game

You can add your project and see what others have made in our Scratch Day Celebration studio.

People will be celebrating Scratch’s birthday at Scratch Day events around the world! Check out the Scratch Day website to see if there are any Scratch Day celebrations near you. You can also find ideas and resources if you would like to host your own event.
