Is it possible to ask scratch to add a feature under “Make a new block” that allows you to actually create new blocks like clone separators (that allow you to distinct one clone from another), and also maybe make it so if you have “When I start as a clone” and put make draggable under it that it only makes the clone draggable and not the original sprite?
