By the way, a question: In the laws, section 1.6.1 states “If someone feels a member has been fired unfairly they can ask for two judicial reviews, after which they will be banned from the organization.” I'm confused - Is this saying that calling the firing unfair means that you will get banned from the organization?

Welcome to my second speech! As you can see, a lot of people have dropped out. They are either inactive during the next few months or have realised what they must do. I know what I have to do. I have to make the SPA active again. I have to refine old laws. We need to get more shops. Nowadays, it's just a group of shops that don't do much. I believe that when Lola and Carrots worked with each other the SPA thrived. Now since Lola can't run this time, we have a problem. I will take on the role of President and embrace those responsibilities. I will make the SPA thrive. We will make the SPA thrive.

The SPA's main benefit for shops is to give them a partner to ask for advice. A friend, if you will.
This should be to help them grow, go into partnerships and find new friends.
We can and will improve this by checking up on every shop to see how they are going. Are they inactive? Contact the owner and go from there. Are they thriving? Ask them how the SPA has/hasn't helped them and go from there.

We could improve this by, again, checking up on shop owners every once in a while.

And since there is only one other member running, I can't really answer those last 2 questions. They haven't released a single speech.

To help make groups for shops, I would give each group a certain amount of attention. I would make a schedule, and get volunteers from the SPA and wider parts of Scratch to help.

To help the current uselessness of the SPA, I would again make schedules and groups for everything and, again, get volunteers.

I wouldn't try to make everything equal. I think the SPA's hierarchy is fine right now and does not need to be improved. There also always has to be a leader in society otherwise it would collapse (in my opinion). Plus, the SPA is the most democratic organization I have seen in the requests form. But yes, I wouldn't let all the power fall into the hands of the few leaders. We would let every SPA member have a say and be open to ideas and suggestions.

Again, groups. I'd actually probably make universal groups so each team can tackle something different.

Exactly! Is this a better version of questions or a campaign thing?
