Hi, It's been frustrating me for a long time that you can't resize and recolour variable readouts.
My suggestion is that you should be able to use the resize tools in the toolbar to resize variable readouts too.
Additionally, I think it would be useful to change the colour of variables. All it would need is something when you right-click on a readout:

Normal
Large
Slider
……………………..
Change border color
Change background color

You can already change the colors, but it's not permanent
