my sprite is currently facing left but I want it to face right but when I use the point in direction -90

it faces left but it goes upside down. how do I make it face right without making it go upside down?

Use this block at the top of your scripts. It does not need to be in a forever loop. You can just set it once.

set rotation style [left-right v]
