I meant as a sprite. You can clearly see that the cat is talking. It would be better if there was no speech bubble and sprite. Also, it would be cool if the text was treated like a sprite(ex. it can move)

I wouldn't say “most.” I joined Scratch in 2013, and here I still am nearly 8 years later.

this feature exists in Scratch Lab but some block does not have that you want suggest it.

You are an outlier, unfortunately. I would say most. Technically the majority of Scratchers are probably active for a very short period of time before moving on because Scratch just didn't interest them enough to keep them around.
