make it possible to see alerts

if someone wanted to ask a ST member about an alert they got, we should be able to see our alerts in the new setup, right?

I am mainly suggesting that since I feel an alert I got earlier today was unfair

sorry if I make typos, my keyboard has been sticking lately

Well, some parents don't read their kids messages…
Other than that, support! But maybe after a couple of days it would go away…?

Support. It should stay forever, as a constant reminder not to do that thing and also to have a record of the things you did in the past. At this point in time, the current “alert” system waits until you've read it; you could easily click the tab and exit really quick, and never have known the alert existed.

No support.
I dont want to be reminded of bad things i did in the past. As it just makes me feel guilty and ashamed of my past self. Alerts are the reason i deleted my past accounts. Paddle2see said something like alerts should be something you should read but not some kind of bad thing that haunts you forever.

My parents dont read my messages or monitor my internet use at all and the same goes for most of my friends so how would the parents know this?

Crazy thought - what if alerts were sent out by email? That way the parents would know what their kids were doing, but they wouldnt have to stick around in the kids mailbox forever.

I feel like there was an suggestion to sent alerts to the email

anyway, teachers get informed that their student got an alert.

Support to bring back the alerts tab for reasons from earlier posts. This could also give the user another chance to think about doing something risky again- Oh wait, I have another idea for a suggestion!
I've also heard of some users who have gotten alerts for silly things and just like to look at those alerts from time to time sometimes

Please state why you support. The word does tell the topic creator that you like this idea and that you want it to happened, but a reason would make it more constructive than just a single word, and helps and adds to the topic.

What can I say? I'm a man of few words. Besides, what can I say? I support his philosophy, so am I supposed to change it or add on to it? I don't have anything to add…

Wow I'm repetitive with the “what can I say?” mojo lol.

I understand, but they don't have to state why. Saying, “support” means that they want it to be added and they like the idea. The word support can add to the topic…
They don't have to state why, maybe they want to keep their reason to themselves…?

But I've seem many posts in a topic saying just “Support”, and then a reply stating “please don't just say support”. According to these replies, the Scratch Team doesn't like it, and replies shouldn't just say “Support”, even if many users use it.
