is there a way to become scratcher instantly if you moved accounts? Because it's super annoying without forum links/images, cloud data, and having the wait times, when I've already been on for 2 years before. I don't want to wait 2 weeks without this stuff… (most of my projects are centered on cloud data, and it's impossibly hard to help in the forums without links and images)

No it's not possible. The new Scratcher status is a way to prevent spam, and allowing Scratchers to make Scratcher accounts instantly would allow trolls to make multiple Scratcher accounts in a short time if they decide to mass spam one day.

I moved accounts and became a scratcher in less then seven hours you can become a scratcher if you move all your projects on the new account

As puppycutest said, please don't necropost. However, the solution is to just make 2 small projects (they can be a scratch cat that moves around and one that spins around) and share them. You will get the Scratcher invite.
