Hai, I'm new to scratch, but I have completed all of the requirements and I am still a “new scratcher” Why is it doing this? I've been on daily!

Fui apresentada ao scratch através do meu professor do programa de pós-graduação da universidade e estou apaixonada pelas possibilidades de trabalho com ele. Vou focar meus projetos para o ensino de aritmética penso que meus alunos irão amar e conto com a ajuda de vocês. Muito obrigado pela construção deste espaço de aprendizagem.

Hi Scratch Team,
I'm trying to find the Tutorials for 3.0 but haven't been able to find them. The FAQ says “Instead of the Tips Window, Scratch 3.0 provides similar material through the Tutorials Library, which can be accessed through the Tutorials link in the top navigation bar in the programming editor.” I used to use 2.0 and I'm trying to learn 3.0. Can you please help?
