I think that Scratch 2.0 should notify you every time somebody responds to or quotes your forum post. This could be very helpful, for example, I had been having a problem with Scratch, and I didn't realize somebody had told me how to fix it until I looked back at my post later.
Also, I think Scratch 2.0 should keep the ability to delete notifications. I can't figure out how to do that on the new site.
