The general consensus among forum moderators is - this is pretty sweet!

I would suggest that you consider moving the more useful sections closer to the top. The “Rules and Regulations” in particular should be in a more prominent position on the page, since that information could be very useful to new Scratchers. I would think that the list of updates and site availability notices would be least likely to be useful and could be moved further down.

. I also moved flash player security up there. If you think of anything else that needs to be moved I would be happy to do so.
