1/10/14 Updates! (And new beta project player!)

Happy New Year everyone!

Plenty of little updates and fixes just came out, as well as the ability to opt-in and help test our new beta player.

* Add meta descriptions to user profiles, projects, and the home page (for better indexing by google)
* Fix ordering of projects shown in explore bar at bottom of project page (now latest –> oldest)
* Make tooltips for links below project player point up instead of down, so we don't have layering issues with older browsers
* In-project-page bug reporting system for beta player (See help test beta player thread for more info.)
* Lots of little back end optimizations to speed up queries, and handle increased server load due to our newfound popularity!

On the computers that I use, the new project player is more laggy than the old one! pls fix this
