Custom Global variable servers
I think it would be awesome if when the scratch 2.0 offline client comes out, you could host your own global variable servers that people could connect to. It would be cool if we could take the 1 second update delay off of the global variables, so we could make real-time MMOs, if we hosted them ourselves.

I would like this too.
For those of us who host their own games on their own server, I would like the ability to host a cloud variable server too.

I support this. They haven't said anything about the cloud servers themselves. They should be open source too ^_^.

but to prevent stress and ddos-ing maybe you have to have made a project to download the server
also config files would be nice as i could for example tell multiple projects to take data from the server
