I now have to click each topic to have them all marked as read, even if there is a huge block that I am not interested in.

Well, the “Mark all topics as read” got moved to it's new home at the bottom of the page, above the online users, and on the right of the screen. I'm not exactly sure why it got moved there, though it's there.

This new forum layout is a bit confusing, but I'm sure I'll get used to it.

Yeah, we figured that even though it's a nice feature, “Mark all topics as read” didn't deserve a spot in the header on every page.
