So you might have realized the Show and Tell forum is a pretty useless forum. Why? Well, people advertise, but the amount of people that actually go there and check out what users have made is pretty low.

My suggestion is:

'Advertise' the Show and Tell forum

Now why not just show off all the latest projects? Well if a Scratcher isn't willing to show off their project they clearly don't care for the amount of views they get. Also, having a place with all the latest projects won't always show everyone's projects.

I would like to place ‘advertisements’ for the Show and Tell forum:

-When you share a project it can show a message which is non-distracting and won't need to be turned off, that explains you can make a post about your project and ultimately get more attention
-As a New Scratcher when browsing the Popular tab in explore it could say “Want attention on your project? Try and make a post here!”

This also would promote the forums in general; though it's not my original point.

Yes. You are right. The ‘Show And Tell’ is useless because nobody cares. They create their own projects.
I would be better to advertise somewhere where your ad will be noticed, or else - your ad is pretty useless

Yeah, having people actually going to the Show and Tell forum would make the name have a lot more purpose

Sorry, it may seem a bit scattered, but I'm suggesting that the ST ‘advertise’ the Show and Tell forum.
I explained in the post doing so would help in a multitude of ways.

yes yes yes This is so needed. I use the Show And Tell forum but barely get any views. As opposed to my collaboration ad that garnered 91 views in 3 days. This is one of the best suggestions I have ever seen

Agreed, and I support. The top header of the Scratch website (Create, Explore, Discuss, etc.) doesn't really call attention out to users, so the Forums aren't really noticeable. Most of the time, I wonder how new Scratchers find the forums xD

Good idea. It's easier for people to advertise their projects and perhaps help get rid of the advertising on project comments.
