We should be able to upload 1.4 projects that are still on our computer. If we can can someone please tell me how to do it. I tried to and it only showed up on the old website.

Can't do it with Scratch 1.4 yet - but you will be able to after the release. For now, choose “import project” from the file menu in Scratch 2.0, and select your old project file on your computer.
