It's not very accurate, as when I read the french one, “scratch” was translated literally into “from zero” (like “from scratch”).

Yup. Google translate doesn't work well for some langauages.

Please don't use Google Translate for larger texts; it's unreliable.

Although sometimes Google Translate can be kinda funny - I typed a passage, translated it a couple of times, and then translated it back to English. Here's the result -

Because it is impossible yet.

all you have to do is go to the bottom of the page & you will see that somewhere it will say “English” scroll down and choose your language. ;);)

Like many people said above, Google Translate is not useful to translate sentences, so I don't highly recommend using it.
