Allow projects to be shared with different open source licenses
IANAL. Could you explain how the different licenses would be applicable to Scratch projects/resources? How is the current license not good enough?
Sure, this is fine (given restrictions described later). Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
So basically what Scratch completely supports – looks good to me! Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material
So give credits to the creators of the original project/resources. Sounds good. Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
So remixes of a project/resource with the SA license should also use the SA license. Useful for preventing all sorts of combobulation incompatibility issues with other licenses. ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

No.
Do you think a 8 year old would understand what are licenses?
Also if this would be added it can't be licenses that no kid ever with understand.
It should be like:
Choose license:
<Your own project>
<Part of project is taken from another project>
<Part of project is taken from internet>
<Project is remixed>

Open source doesn't mean you can remix though The “Open Source Definition”
Edit: Support for the option to license Scratch projects under any of the licenses listed in OP

I think Scratch projects are software, and I think that the same I didn't go over all the licenses in complete detail, but a quick read shows most of the licenses you suggested are geared towards licensing software. The problem is that a Scratch project itself is not really software in itself, per se (as you would need the Scratch editor in order to use it), so the suggested licenses are probably not applicable here. problems that apply to using CC licenses on software apply to Scratch projects, because someone could use a Scratch compiler and then distribute Scratch projects without source, so people cannot easily remix it!
