Mouse Alternatives
Are there any really cool alternatives to using a computer mouse or touch pad? I was curious and wondered if there are any such things like a laser that detects your movements to moves the cursor. Are there any?

There are devices on the market that can track your eye movements and move the cursor where you're looking. I don't know how well they work or how practical it is, but it sounds like a cool idea.

I have a touchscreen PC, but I always enjoy using a mouse.

I came in here to say rats, but it seems I was confused. Other than that, no idea.

Graphics tablets are really strange at first sight. You get used to them.

Keyboard shortcuts and mouse keys.
Some netbooks have “TrackPoint” which is pretty cool if you have a tiny touch pad.
