Market an older age audience on Scratch?
Hey, I have changed my opinion on this topic.
Why not just market other age groups, but use the mascots instead? It would be better than fandoms, and they all have a story behind them that we don't know about?

Market an older age audience on Scratch?
The Amazing World of Gumball. It's a cartoon network show that people of all ages watch. And it is appropriate for Scratch. Do you have any ideas of more “age fit” TV shows/Games/Books/Movies to market on here? I think that it has to have a good fandom so a child that would want to look up art for it or subjects related to it won't get any bad or inappropriate results.

That's actually a pretty good idea.

i would find that the show sonic boom ok! but nobody likes sonic boom. although i dislike it.
just a quick note here,
Steven universe is a great show, but it can be slightly terrifying. EX: when steven dreams about lapis lazuli and there happens to be water pouring out of her eyes and mouth, its not gruesome or anything. but its unexpected aaaaand could scare somebody. (my 6 year old nephew)

and no no to the sonic fandom.

I like sonic (well, kinda) I just don't like the fandom. On the last post I made lots of people were ignorant about Doctor Who and I got washed by non-supporters.

Market an older age audience on Scratch?
It doesn't make sense to have an all-ages website to advertise/promote something that isn't for all ages.

Honestly, there are other shows on Cartoon Network that are suitable for those ages that are mentioned above. There are kids years older than I am (almost adults) that find some CN shows interesting.
Also, I apologize about what happened in the last forum.

They're not suggesting that, they are suggesting that Scratch is marketed to an older audience. Scratch would still be an all ages website. No support.

Why say that you cannot promote Sonic because you could get inappropriate results? That's like saying MLP is inappropriate for kids because the fans make inappropriate artwork. Also, the fandom is not part of SEGA and it's the Internet's fault.
I would like to see Sonic here.
Please don't homing attack me, I'm just an innocent fan.

The reason your reputation is nasty is because you reply in hostility rather than try to do things normally, strawman, and expect people to treat your idea like a send from god's own throneroom. i'm not trying to offend you, i just wanted to point it out.
Anyways, I agree. The PowerPuff Girls reboot is aired once in a blue moon, and although the Make It Fly thing is great for teaching scrolling and all, but it's way too childish for even the four year olds here on Scratch. Support for stuff like Adventure Time and The Amazing World Of Gumball because those are shows that target all people.
also, there's nasty fanart for all shows/fandoms out there. Parents should be watching their child's internet history and usage in general.
