It's a sad truth that sometimes people have to leave. There may be an external reason. If it's unclear, try asking them why they are leaving. Their answer may shed some light on the reasoning you may not have understood before, and you may be able to sympathize with their reasoning. However, they may be too sad or uncomfortable about the issue to tell you, and that's okay: In that case, make sure to remember them. If the claim is something like “I'm leaving unless this project gets 100 likes”, my general advice is to not listen. These are often scams to get loves, and it's very unlikely that the person will actually leave if the claim doesn't come true. If they leave because of bullying, report the bullies and try to comfort them. However, if the person is leaving because of personal issues, than it is VERY hard and not really worth the effort to get them to stay. Try to put yourself in that situation and ask yourself if you would really be able to stay on scratch in those conditions. Most of the time the answer will be no. If you think there's an exception to any of these, feel free to ask me about it.

It would be strange with more than one person working on it, unless there were multiple advice columns/a collaboration between 2 advice wrriters
also, I don't know for the second one. You're the leader, you can decide where I should put it

1. You are the only advice column writer.
2. I think in here, since when each weekly newspaper comes out, the questions in the last one that didn't get answered would never get answered.
However, I think for you to easily recognize that a post is a question, a question post will have to look like this:
