Pull down menu for ScratchBlocks2~!

Thanks to blob8108, there's now a handy dandy menu for making visual representations of blocks and scripts on the forums.

To try it out, make a new post. Look for the light blue block-shaped icon at the top of the post editor, and click it to make a scratch-block script.

(This is a cool feature!)
