If you can translate things then I would recommend the Translate Scratch program. They're hiring volunteers to help them translate the entireity of Scratch. So, no need to then make a post for this everywhere

Is like putting the pen down on paper so it can write. That way the sprite moves and draws. What if you wanted to draw something here, and then wanted to move somewhere else and start drawing?

pen up

Would remove the pen from the “paper” and allow the sprite to move without drawing.
