well you can make a huge post with only one word like this under 20 words
spamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamso it should be 200 characters, not words
but anyways, support

Why are you absolutely obsessed with the idea that the community site is a cancerous growth that must be amputated at all costs? Move to Snap First no-support. We must not emphasise the social side.! if you hate social media that much.

oh wait I noticed something (new scratchers can't edit forum posts if they reload the page) if a user is following a ton of people then they might get hundreds of these notifications, there should be an option for users to receive these notifications, as in when they follow somebody a notification could come up saying this:
would you like to receive announcements from this user? (this can be changed later from the user's profile)
Yes No

I dont really support it(Semi-Support). Its just would be annoying. A way to turn it off would be nice

You shouldn't follow people you don't want to receive updates from. I dont really support it(Semi-Support). Its just would be annoying. A way to turn it off would be nice

Exactly the whole point of following is to receive updates from the user. You shouldn't follow people you don't want to receive updates from. I dont really support it(Semi-Support). Its just would be annoying. A way to turn it off would be nice

By the way, your example is 32 characters, not 20 or less.
