Scratch EN -> RU Translate

Scratch Team!
Scratch Russian translation is very very bad and not full. I can translate Scratch to Russian very well (including all grammar) because I'm Russian
Post untranslated phrases here and I will quote translate. Also you have to subscribe on this topic because I will translate fully untranslated things. And please, add russian symbols to costume (and backdrop) drawing utility.
