Full unicode characters support

There're people, which try to make projects in their language. Languages, like Russian, use Unicode characters and they can be supported. However, Scratch doesn't support Unicode symbols and that is a big problem.

I suggest to add support for Unicode symbols at least in Helvetica font.

Semi-support, I think it can cause spam.
How is putting poop emojis everywhere in your own project considered spam?

Actually I think the copyright symbol should be rendered backwards (for the Creative Commons) so people can't copyright their own work on Scratch.

just posting the copyright symbol doesn't mean you've copyrighted it.

Obviously. I never put it there so it means “copyrighted”.
I guess I was actually copyrighting the name.

Yes, adding Unicode will give the full emoji range, and this is MUCH easier then the current options. Currently the only supported emoji is the lightning bolt. u+26a1, we want more!!!!

Scratch has partial Unicode awareness. Javascript internally uses UTF-16 to represent Unicode characters, and the first 65536 Unicode characters are represented in UTF-16 as single “characters”, so Javascript (and therefore Scratch) handles them correctly.

However, the rest of the Unicode character set requires two UTF-16 “characters” to represent a single Unicode character, so Javascript and Scratch treat them as two characters instead of one. This doesn't affect typing, as you can still type in these characters just fine as if they were single characters.

Most Russian characters only require 16 bits to encode in UTF-16, so this issue doesn't affect them much. However, any language Scratch supports that does have letters that take up two UTF-16 “characters” will have issues with the string operators such as ‘letter of’ and ‘length of’.

I think this suggestion is a good idea, as Scratch does support a lot of languages, and chances are at least one of them was added to Unicode too late to have all of its letters within the first 65536 Unicode characters. Also, there's emojis, which all seem to be outside of that ‘safe range’.

Omg, full support. I wanted to put a flag emoji in the title for a project I was making, and it couldn't read it. Its also annoying to not be able to spice up your comments with EMJIS

Support. This would be helpful for operating systems that use emojis and also other languages, not to mention possibly fixing InterXeptor 3D's crashes.

BUMP
This would be good because it would solve all of the suggestions for random new emojis, which are a lot.
