Smiley Spam Removing Bot (27 supporters and counting!)

I think too many people say something and then spam like 10 smileys for no reason, so I think you should add something that removes the rest of the smileys after maybe 2 or 3. Also do the same for exclamation marks and question marks although with more needed to be deleted. Here's an example:

Smiley spam is definitely annoying, and I can't imagine it would be that hard to impose a filter that doesn't allow, lets say, more than 7 emojis next to each other. However, it is possible that somebody will type up a really long post that does appropriately use a lot of emojis (in different places), so I think that the emojis should have to be near, or next to, each other.
Maybe it should be if the emoji is within 10 characters, you can't place another one or something like that.
