Restart the Scratch Holiday Logos program
Back in the days of 1.x, the Scratch Team let users design new logos to be used on the website for different holidays:
Unfortunately, this fun tradition had to be stopped in 2010 due to technical problems. In the time since, the website has been completely rewritten for 2.0, and it is currently being rewritten again, as evidenced by the new home page. The new, larger navigation bar brought back memories of 1.4, and I thought it would be a fun idea to restart this program. If you want, there's more information and logos here.

However, there might be a couple problems I foresee. As I'm sure you know, Scratch has gotten wildly more popular since the 1.4 days
I'm sure that there are some users out there whose religion finds Christmas or some other holiday offensive, and in turn, might get offended by a holiday themed logo. Other than that, I love it!
