Choosing what you get notified for in studios (20/21? support)
I'm surprised that this didn't already exist….
Support! I sometimes get home from vacations, and find over 100 messages. Some are relevant, others are, well, studio notifications. And, these notifications just say that a curator removed him/herself, a manager fixed a typo in the studio description. There are some studios that I want notifications for. Like, for example, I have a studio that I promote all former FPCs who accept a curator invitation to manage. I want to know if one of them accepts the invitation, so I know to promote them.
But, there are other studios that are just fan clubs and stuff, and so I don't really need to know who was promoted to manager, or accepted an invitation to curate.
This feature would definitely help filter out irrelevant messages. So, support!

Yes! Support! Great idea! Also in the forums too! Full support. We should do this for the forums, too.
In the forums, you only get notified when there is a new post, if you follow the thread. If you want these, follow the thread, and if not, don't follow the thread. But, how exactly would this work in the forums? There's only one instance where you get notifications, and that is when there is a new post. I don't see a point in disabling that, instead of just unfollowing the thread. Following a thread, but disabling getting notifications from it is basically unfollowing it without pressing an unfollow button. But, we can't do this in the forums, as there aren't multiple things to get notified about, so we can't disable some, but not all.

Maybe you're going away on vacation or something, and want to temporarily not get notifications for the forums. Considering I follow almost every topic I post on, I'd have to go through a lot of threads to unfollow the ones that I'm following, and then go back and refollow them. And that's assuming I know which ones I'm following and which ones I'm not.Yes! Support! Great idea! Also in the forums too! Full support. We should do this for the forums, too.

No support, if, the person who doesn't want to have a post about any type of something, just leave the studio, and check it on regularly.
be glad I didn't do what you did on my suggestion.

With the new profile picture, I almost told you that I didn't do it. But I apologize and will follow @paddle2see's advise and be nicer in my posts. No support, if, the person who doesn't want to have a post about any type of something, just leave the studio, and check it on regularly.

Say @scratcherwhodoesn'texist (I will abbreviate @SWDE), is in three studios. Studio A, which he needs to know about, Studio B, which he's with but doesn't care that much about, and studio C, which has a ton of members. Your idea would work for Studio C, and Would be alright For Studio B, but @SWDE doesn't want to go through leaving and returning, especially if he created the studio. If he were to use this suggestion (Say it has been implemented in this alt. universe) He could turn off all messages in the studio, except maybe projects, and leave it for a while, and receive maybe, 3 messages for the studio in, say, 7 days off.

Support. On any studio I make, I'd have it only say “There was new activity in ________” when there's a comment, so I know if someone wants to curate.
