Recently, I've noticed that projects haven't been added to the SDS very quickly, as well as curator applications to the application studio.. I don't think any of the curators have been on recently. Those that are have many projects to add. I think that it's time to remove a big chunk of the SDS curators, and add some new ones. What's the point of the SDS if nothing gets added?

I apologize if new SDS curators will be picked soon, and I also apologize if this is not how the SDS runs. I'm not quite sure xD

For example, the last project added was 3 days ago, and that was by Ceebee. Makes you wonder, huh? She has been the only one adding projects for the past 6 days. I can't go back more, but I doubt many other projects have been added either.

Maybe we could have a vote on SDS curators.

Semi-support, I see the problem, but how exactly would the vote work? Who would be voting? There are probably other solutions, I just can't think of any right now…

It could be like an FPC application. You create an application explaining why you want to be an SDS curator, and the ST picks the best ones. Then, the community votes on them? Later, when new SDS curators are needed, we do the progress over again. Kind of like a presidential election, I suppose.

Cool! What's the new SDS idea? And by the way, what do you think about the voting idea I put up?

I agree with you, but I don't think that Scratchers should vote on the SDS curators. I think the Scratch Team should just pick them like they always have. However, it's true that maybe some more active ones should be added.
